Shipping Information for the Glimmers Collection Release:

The following applies to both UK and International orders:
Shipping costs for ORIGINAL paintings in the Glimmers Collection are not automatically calculated at checkout. After placing your order, you will receive an email within 2 working days with a detailed shipping quote. The quote will be based on your location, the size and weight of the artwork, and your selected shipping method. (Any shipping charges automatically applied at checkout will be deducted from your final shipping invoice.)
PRINTS: Please note shipping prices for prints are automatically calculated at checkout.
Shipping Options:
Pack & Send
This is a specialist shipping service designed to provide the highest level of protection for your artwork during transit.Professional packaging for maximum protection.
Full insurance coverage for loss or damage during shipping.
Fully tracked and signed delivery, ensuring peace of mind.
This is the Recommended Shipping Option: Due to the value and originality of the artwork, this option is particularly advised for international orders.
2. Standard Shipping
This option uses a standard shipping provider, such as Parcelforce or a similar service, selected for cost-effectiveness via an online comparison tool.Tracked and signed delivery.
Important: Standard shipping providers do not offer insurance for original artwork. If you choose this option, you accept full responsibility for any loss or damage incurred during transit. Jenna Ferguson Art will not be liable for such incidents.
Placing an Order Without a Prior Quote:
You are welcome to place an order without requesting a quote in advance. In this case:
A standard shipping fee will be charged at checkout.
After your purchase, you will receive an email within 2 working days outlining the shipping options and any additional costs.
Artwork will not be shipped until the shipping invoice is paid.
Payment is required within 48 hours of receiving the final shipping invoice.
Requesting a Shipping Quote:
If you would like a shipping quote before placing an order, please email jenna@jennafergusonart.com, and we will obtain this for you as soon as possible (please note that as the collection release is at the weekend, quotes may not be able to be provided until the next working day).

Prior to the release, Pack and Send have provided the shipping estimates below.
Please note that these estimates are based on approximate painting sizes and general locations. Your final shipping invoice will be calculated based on the specific details of your order and shipping address. The information below is provided as a general guide only.
International Orders and Customs: Customers are responsible for any customs charges, if applicable. Please contact your local customs office prior to purchase for more details on duties, taxes and fees according to your countries regulations.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, international shipping is available on smaller artworks resin paintings (12x12 inches or smaller, and for orders with a total weight of 2kgs or less), and can be ordered directly from the website. Please read the information below regarding larger orders.
International Shipping for Large Artworks:
If an artwork is classified as large/heavy, this will be indicated within the product listing page.
To order a large/heavy artwork, please e-mail jenna@jennafergusonart.com for an accurate shipping quote based on your location.
You will be sent two quotes;
- One quote for shipping the artwork using a specialist art shipping company who provide insurance cover for shipping artwork internationally.
- The second quote will be to use a standard shipping company such as Parcelforce. Please note standard shipping companies will not provide insurance cover to ship artwork internationally. Therefore if you choose this shipping option you understand there is no protection against loss/damage during transit. Jenna Ferguson Art accepts no responsibility for loss/damage to the artwork if you choose this shipping option.
If you make a purchase of an artwork without prior emailing for a shipping quote, you will be charged a standard (uninsured) shipping fee and will be sent an email regarding the above shipping options after purchase. It is strongly advised art is sent internationally using the insured specialist shipping company. Please note artwork will not be shipped until the shipping invoice has been paid, and the shipping agreement email has been returned. If the shipping invoice is not paid within 2 days of artwork purchase, the artwork will be relisted to the website and you will be issued a refund for the artwork.
What Shipping Method will be used for my order?
UK Orders:
Royal Mail ‘Signed For’ (2nd class) and ‘Special Delivery’ services are used for all original art and hand-painted gifts/homewares. This is to ensure fast and safe delivery of your one-of-a-kind artwork, and you will be issued with a tracking number when the item has been posted.
Royal Mail ‘Signed For’ (2nd class) service is used for:
All original artwork on paper, 6x6 inch resin artworks, coaster sets, trinket dishes and scarves
Royal Mail Special Delivery service is used for:
All resin artwork larger than 6x6 inches.
Orders of notebooks will be sent using Royal Mail standard 2nd class.
International Orders:
Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed service is used for original artwork. You will be issued with a tracking number when the item has been posted. Notebook orders are sent using Royal Mail International Standard.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
All orders are processed and posted within 3 working days.
If for any reason you require a shipping upgrade to receive artwork sooner, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate.
UK Orders:
Orders sent using Royal Mail 2nd class ‘signed for’ delivery aim is within two to three working days from being dispatched, including Saturdays.
Orders sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery delivery aim is by 1pm on the next working day after dispatch.
International Orders:
Royal Mail Tracked and Signed delivery aims are:
Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days
Worldwide delivery aim: 5-7 working days
What should I do if my order does not arrive within the expected timeframe?
If you have been issued with a tracking number, please use it to follow the parcel on its journey. For any enquiries regarding parcel delays please contact me.
Will I have a customs charge to pay?
Customers are responsible for any customs charges, if applicable. Please contact your local customs office prior to purchase for more details on duties, taxes and fees according to your countries regulations.
What is the shipping charge for commissioned artworks?
Shipping fees for commissioned artworks are calculated individually based on the shipping location and the weight of the completed painting plus packaging. You will be provided with a shipping estimate at the beginning of the commission process.
What will I do if my parcel gets lost or damaged in transit?
Information about what to do if your parcel gets lost or damaged during transit can be found on the Terms and Conditions page. External packaging is a rigid photographic envelope or box made of super-strong cardboard. Internally, the prints will be placed in card backed, sealed cellophane sleeves.
Does my order come with a receipt or documentation?
No. Your order will not arrive with any documentation. Your receipt is your order confirmation email.. So please keep this, and your shipping confirmation email, for your records.
